Responsibly Held – Intimate Community of Women – Ancient Practices – Grounded in the Cycles and Wisdom of Nature – Path Back Home to the True Essence of the Self
This program is for the woman who:
- Knows it’s time to prioritize her long-held goals and desires.
- Would like to call in support and sisterhood as she dives deep into the path of her own healing.
- Longs to carve out space to align her life back to the wisdom of her ancestors and the cycles of nature already within her.
- Desires to feel a sense of balance in her life and hone the skills to maintain healthy fluid boundaries for her sacred energy, body, time, relationships and giftings.
Responsibly Held: The program is led by a trained and experienced facilitator. Rebecca brings her background as an embodied, somatic and trauma-informed psychotherapist. She has been leading sacred ceremony and facilitating groups and circles for over fifteen years. Although this circle is not a form of psychotherapy, having her training and background allows Rebecca to bring a deep awareness and felt safety as she facilitates this sacred work. The program is timed, impeccably structured and lays out clear agreements each woman must agree to in order to keep a safe and confidential container. The circle meeting is designed in such a way that each woman’s voice and presence is equally heard, honored, supported and witnessed.
Intimate Community of Women: The group is limited to a small group of women who are able to fully commit to their own transformation at this time. Participants will gain practice in witnessing, holding space for and celebrating the transformation of their fellow sisters. The intimate journey fosters friendships that often last long after the program has ended. Each woman brings her own journey, vulnerability and essence. We create this special magic together, therefore each participant is a unique and crucial ingredient.
Ancient Practices - Grounded in the Cycles and Wisdom of Nature – Rebecca weaves embodied somatic practices into the program. She pulls from her work as a dance therapist and somatic practitioner to ensure that this is an embodied program. Additionally, she calls upon her background with shamanic, cyclical and ceremonial traditions which are aligned with the cycles of nature and the body to promote deep healing, connection and empowerment for each woman.
Path Back Home to the True Essence of the Self: This is a program of empowerment. The greatest wisdom comes from within the self and the program aims to guide each woman to meet herself there. If a woman believes that her ultimate source of guidance, strength, direction, wisdom and power lies outside of herself she will remain disempowered. Every aspect of the program is a gentle inner calling back to the home that resides within each one of us where our deepest sources of strength and the answers and keys we seek always reside.
